The Best Stay Ever – Thanks to Rustam We stayed at this beautiful house in Chimgan as a group of six, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had — all because of the amazing host, Rustam. The house itself is clean, well-kept, and full of charm. It has everything you could ask for — an indoor pool with fresh water, a sauna, an outdoor pool with mountain views, a lovely rose garden, and even a veranda where you can sing karaoke. Horse riding is just a short drive away, and there are restaurants about 10 minutes from the house. But what made this stay truly special was Rustam. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like we were at home. He was super helpful and always ready to provide anything we needed — extra towels, travel adapters, and more. He showed us around the house with so much excitement and care. We had a bad experience with a driver we booked through another agent who refused to help us with food, but Rustam stepped in. He took us grocery shopping, grilled delicious meat for us, and even joined us for dinner. Talking with him was so enjoyable — he shared lovely stories about his life and family, and it felt more like a dinner with a relative than with someone we had just met. He also gave us great tips on places to visit nearby and even stood up for us when the driver was being rude. That kind of support meant a lot. Even for the vegetarians in our group, he did his best to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. This house offers great comfort and beautiful surroundings, but the real highlight is Rustam himself. His kindness and hospitality truly turned our trip around. We’re so thankful for him and would recommend this place to anyone — it’s more than just a stay, it’s a special experience.

Rustam was a very welcoming host and the villa exceeded all our expectations. We really enjoyed our weekend and I can highly recommend it if you would like to get out of the city and enjoy some fresh air.

Nice quiet location, beautiful view. Very friendly host, makes you feel right at home from the start. Great cooking area with 2 BBQs and 2 Uzbek "kazan" for cooking pilaf and other local dishes. Sauna on ground floor, nice kitchen and living room area on first floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on 3rd floor. Beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a whole collection of amazing elm trees, with a great view of Mt. Chimgan.

Just not to leave the "negatives" area empty - could add some storage facilities (e. g. closets, hangers) in bedrooms, as well as solid light-proof curtains. Minor details which didn't really spoil a wonderful stay.

The property offers stunning mountain views and a peaceful, natural setting. The outdoor area is well-kept and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of tea. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to a small market and a cozy local restaurant that serves delicious traditional food. The combination of scenery, convenience, and local charm made the stay truly enjoyable

Drove to the mountains, for the weekend, with a group of friends/co-workers. We wanted to do some hiking/see the waterfalls. The place we stayed at was at a great location for the activities. It was breathtaking to see the scenery. For the place itself: 1. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool, as it was clean and refreshing. 2. I enjoyed having tea and playing games underneath the gazebo that's near the pool. 3. The inside of the villa was clean and tidy. 4. The appliances worked, as we played music on the TV. 5. The owner was super helpful and kind. He was very accomodating towards us, even when we arrived late. 6.. I enjoyed having delicious plov he made for us. It was one of the best plov I had in Ozbekiston. Overall, we had an amazing weekend filled with awesome memories.

The place was a bit difficult to find, but the owner was super helpful. The cage seemed a bit small for the bird.

We stayed at VillaHills Chimgan as a family — my husband, our kids — and we had a fantastic time! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with beautiful mountain views all around. Villa was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family stay. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The kids especially loved the outdoor summer pool — they spent hours there! It was a wonderful place for quality family time. We would definitely love to come back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and super relaxing. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing – spent hours there. The outdoor kitchen was great too, we did a couple of barbecues and really enjoyed it. Big thanks to the owner for being so welcoming and helpful. Also went hiking in the Chimgan area – the views were stunning. Would definitely come back!

ویلا‌هیلز چیمگان مکان فوق‌العاده‌ای برای استراحت در دل طبیعت است. ویلایی دنج و راحت، محوطه‌ای زیبا (به‌ویژه باغ) و منظره‌ای شگفت‌انگیز از کوه‌ها، تجربه‌ای دلپذیر را رقم می‌زند. خدمات عالی و کارکنان مهربان، اقامت را لذت‌بخش‌تر می‌کنند. گزینه‌ای ایده‌آل برای تعطیلات خانوادگی و سفر با دوستان! با همسرم آنجا اقامت داشتیم، مدت زیادی در ازبکستان نبودیم، اما حتماً باز خواهیم گشت. توصیه می‌کنم!

I stayed at an Villa Hills in Chimyan, Uzbekistan, for a day, and it was a great experience. Rustam, the host, showed excellent hospitality and made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and the stunning scenery was truly refreshing. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend at the house! We were seven friends from Germany, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and light, which was a big plus. However, compared to German standards, we felt the kitchen wasn't too well equipped, and there was no dedicated sitting or dining area. Additionally, we noticed that towels for the sauna were missing. Because of these points, the price-quality relationship didn’t fully meet our expectations. That being said, Rustam was extremely hospitable and we’re sure he would have catered to our needs had we asked. However, with that in mind, the threshold for making such requests is usually a bit higher when staying somewhere. Long story short, we would like to thank you for a wonderful weekend. Despite the minor points mentioned, we would happily return to the house and would definitely recommend it!
