The staffs were good and really helping. And the hotel food was amazing with good quality.

The hook of bun gun was broken and the water was leaking from it. The location is ok ish.

The most rude staff I have ever come across. The manager or whoever he was, lacks basic manners. At 8 am in the morning, he is there, lying down with a blanket answering your queries reluctantly. When I checked in, at 10pm, I had to wait for 30mnts to get a towel and a soap, checkin time being 12pm. No apology, their answer was, towel was not dry. What happens if I checkin at 1pm. Will wait till 10pm to get a towel? Toiletries? A small soap, that too after much coaxing. Breakfast? They told me, I can either have sandwich or boiled egg, not both. At midnight, they are laughing, shouting, partying and banging doors, completely oblivious about the inconvenience caused to the guests. Location is the only advantage of the property, rest are horrible. I stayed in Fabhotel Santoor Indore, in May 2024, and had a wonderful experience. But staying in this hotel, of the same group, was a nightmare.
