Munroe Vision Panakkattu Homestay

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute la famille, toujours très attentionnée. Les repas préparés pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient vraiment excellents. L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement calme et agréable, avec la possibilité de louer des vélos pour découvrir l’île. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.

We had a lovely stay with Prem and Beena. The room was very large and spotlessly clean with good air con and a fan. Large bathroom, shower and wardrobe to hang clothes and full length mirror. We had a big balcony outside which was a beautiful place to see wildlife (bats and birds), and the garden (jackfruit, mango tree). Prem organised activities for us including boating in the mangrove forest, a trip to the beach in Kollam and kayaking. The mango groves are very beautiful, especially at sunset. Very peaceful, green, lots of bird life and very little litter. Great place to experience nature. Breakfast and dinner were supplied to us and were extremely delicious, with local specialities. Idiyapam (rice noodles) made from scratch, channa curry, different chutney for example. Every day new dishes. Beena and Prem made us feel very welcome and this Homestay was a wonderful way to experience the local culture. Thanks Prem and Beena for having us in your home.

There is nothing that we didn’t like, it was a great stay. As a small suggestion, the hosts could consider adding a kettle in the room for international visitors to make tea, and maybe a small fridge to keep chilled water.

בעל המקום נודניק לא קטן גם שאנחנו בחדר הוא דואג לכבות את המזגן והשקעים מאצלו בדירה . ארוחת ערב שהוגשה להן הייתה דלילה והורכבה ממן בלילה של ירקות וצאפטי . לארוחת בוקר למרות שביקשנו חמאה - לא היה בארוחת בוקר הראשונה גם לחם לא היה . לא היו מים חמים

Bon point de départ pour découvrir les backwaters en bateau ou à vélo. Ambiance familiale avec un très bon accueil. Chambre agréable.

Nous avons passé avec mon fils de 8 ans un séjour merveilleux ! Tout était parfait. L’endroit est parfait pour se relaxer avec une grande terasse. La chambre est belle et propre. La famille est adorable. Nous avons pris les dîners sur place. C’était délicieux ! Nous sommes passés par la famille pour l’excursion en barque et le kayak. L’organisation était parfait. Une adresse top pour profiter de Munroe Island. Emplacement top aussi !
