Malo je zvučna izolacija slabija, kao kod novogradnje uopšte, ali nije to od presudnog značaja.

Lokacija mi nije odgovarala, mada to ne znači da drugima neće odgovarati...periferija Pirota je u pitanju.

Sve je odlično. Stanodavac vrlo predusretljiv i uslužan. Bez primedbe. Jedino treba imati u vidu da su apartmani na spratu nakon 10-15 uzih i I strmijih stepenica. Nikakav problem za ljude bez hendikep u kretanju. Preporuka
