Clean, comfortable and modern. Requested to drop out bags off early and there was no issue.

Didn't get instructions on how to access the property until we got there. Would have been able to get in a touch quicker if instructions were sent earlier that day or the night before.

The apartment was clean, modern and contained everything needed for my stay. During my stay I needed to do some washing and drying racks were provided as well as an easy to use washer dryer. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen came with all the facilities required for a stay where you could choose to home cook if you wanted to. Extras included washing up liquid, washing liquid, shampoo and conditioner which aren't always provided. The apartment is in a secure building and the instructions regarding keys, access and operations were very good. If I come to Liverpool again, I would definitely book this apartment for a second time. Well done to the owners.

La ubicacion. La atención complicada... no estaban on line durante el dia. No recordaron que eramos 3 y no pusieron sabanas ni toallas para 1.

Great location, we were able to walk into the city. It is located on a main Rd, but windows cut out any noise. The apartment had everything we needed.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable

The apartment was well presented, light and spacious with everything you could need. We were only there 2 nights but you could stay longer. Great location, with a bus stop directly outside, and road links to everywhere. We stayed there for an LFC game at Anfield and it was perfectly situated.

Unfortunately the shower fixture had been broken prior to our stay and had not been fixed, so we had no option but to try to juggle a showerhead, hose, and wash ourselves. The bed could benefit from a new mattress or at the very least a decent mattress topper, as the springs could be felt when lying on it. Air Con is mentioned in the facilities but is not a thing, though the windows are huge and you can get good air in, you cant have them open at night as the busy road noise is 24/7, a fan is provided but is loud to sleep with. Advertised with parking, this should read "very limited and not guaranteed" For a 56 apartment block there is realistically only space for 6 cars and that's only if everyone parks properly. These are not numbered or allocated, just a "free for all". (All these have been addressed to the hosts)

New, clean, modern, quiet. Location is great, if you have a car.

Location is in a construction area, a little further of a walk to the docks area. Parking is a little tricky, only because it’s still in an area of construction.
