Pas réussi à joindre akicity . Reste une heure dehors devant l appartement. Ils ont des soucis avec leur clés. Propreté pas ça. Nous avons rempli un formulaire avec les soucis poignée casse, draps sales poussière sous les lits alors que l on avait une personne asthmatique. Envoyé un mail dimanche avec le portable de mon mari puisque il ne répond pas au tel. Jamais eu de réponse . Pas convenable du tout sachant que deux soirs de suite on a faillit reste à la porte nous avions deux personnes de plus de 7o ans avec nous

The facilities didn’t cooperate with the hygienic things, the plates were broken, and we had to stay with the bedsheets for 6 nights. It was horrible, uncomfortable bed and no extra bedsheets and such. And they are a scam, we messaged yet did not receive our €150 security deposit that they promised.

Il Bidet era intasato. Abbiamo fatto la segnalazione e in 3 gg nessuno si è presentato per vedere o riparare la situazione. Lo scarico della cucina era anch’esso intasato ed emanava un odore terribile. Per dormire eravamo costretti a tenere chiusa la porta.

Nothing at all. This property spoilt our first visit to Lisbon.

This property basically stole our refundable money of 150 Euros. We checked out on 7th May and have made repeated calls to contact them.but yo no avail. Contacted booking.com and they confirmed that property has said it will be returned in a months time but no trace of it yet. The money was handed over in cash to the person who gave us keys late in the night we checked in. He promised to return it the day we check out but there was no trace of him post that.
