I couldn't be more appalled by my experience as these people posted a glowing review that appeared to have been written by me from my booking.com account. Apparently this is possible if they have the confirmation number and pin. It seems they are also posing as other guests on google as the texts in the original review they posted here match others on google. See the attached photo. What I would have said is that the hotel does have comfy beds and most of the amenities listed but initially we were offered a room with no windows having booked a room with a view. We held out for a better room but it definitely didn't look like the picture. The hotel was extremely noisy - you could hear doors banging all the time and the lift had a variety of tunes that went off every 5 minutes. They had a slightly odd attitude to service..unsolicited chai at 7:30am and they gave up trying to find a rickshaw for us after 2 minutes. Overall I might have been slightly more complimentary had they not been so disrespectful and deceitful with the review.
INWe had a good stay here. Staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Aamir Khan who helped us organize the camel safari and change room smoothly. Camel safari with Izak was great, can highly recommend it and stay at this hotel.
INI had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Signature. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail that made the experience relaxing. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay.
INMr.Imam leads the hotel team literally from the front ! The hotel is very close to the railway station and has very cordial staff who ensured that our stay was absolutely comfortable. Food was basic yet delicious. They make good arrangements for visit to Sand Dunes, Desert Safari, ride to the border, etc... Recommend this to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
