The geaser was not working, when asked to repair, they just connected the old leakage geaser Without bothering the safety of the customer

Only the location

There is no playarea for kids, shown in Google Maps photos, I requested smoking room, and when I mentioned these two things (no playarea and smoking room option) they receptionist said go and find another hotel, because he was aware that I travelled from Riyadh to Dammam and all family members are tired. I will recommend everyone don't book this hotel
