The beach is really close, like 3 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful. He even lent some beach towels, and he let us use his freezer for the stuff we brought from our trip from Corsica. No questions asked. The place is super clean. When we visit Tuscany again, we will be staying here for sure. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

-extremely clean -supernice owner -comfy parking -nice quiet location with good restaurants and casual beach clubs-not too fancy, not overcrowded -the villa is surounded by trees and there is a lot of nice books

"I'd return to it anytime without problem."

Very friendly and clean. It has it's own parking lot inside. Security during night as gates are closed.

Location is a bit distant from what we are used to. Breakfast was weak. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes.

"Wonderful Villa with great staff"

Wonderful Villa with superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. The location was exactly what we like quiet, but just a short stroll to the sea and all the bars and restaurants.
