Selesa...katil double & single + sofa. Iron pun ada tp xde iron board. Anak2 enjoy mandi pool.

Tunggu lif berejam...esp time check out. I tunggu stgh jam, my friend almost an hour. So pandai2 la bajet time check out. Air minum x disediakan tp ada jug kettle.

Environment, pool, near attractions place

...... Bad Experience with check in, the Owner give my Booking to another Quest, need wait 3 hour, but owner extand 1hour my checkout. ALL QUEST are required to clean the room if not the deposit will be refunded in half. The Owner does not provide cleaning supplies. The first experience of deposit money ruthlessly rejected despite satisfactory housing conditions.

"VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOST"

- no one contact me for the collection of keys until I WA them then they told me must bank in the deposit (RM100) they will let me know how to collect keys. I was on the way and tell them I will pay deposit by cash upon collection. They rejected and tell me I must bank in, no cash deposit...... - after all the hassle, we managed to check in to unit, NO TOILET PAPER, INFORM THEM IMMEDIATELY THEIR REPLY IS FORGOT TO REFILL, TOLD THEM WE NEED IT. NO REPLY FROM THEM. THIS WAS ON 31/12/23. - ON 1/1/24 THE SECOND DAY MORNING, NO WATER AT ALL, INFORM THEM, NOTHING THEY CAN DO WHOLE BLOCK NO WATER. - FALSE TO LEAVE THE UNIT AT 10.30AM. INFORM THEM RETURNED KEYS TO LOCKER REQUESTED REFUND DEPOSIT. THEY ARE TELLING ME WITHIN 24 HRS. AGAIN URGEMENT THERE BUT HOST SEEMS NO BORDER. - ON 2/1/23. AFTER 24HRS THEY SEND ME VIDEO SAYING I DIDNT OFF THE TOILET LIGHT. I TOLD THEM I OFF IT THEY SAID NO... I ASKED THEM WHY AFTER 24HRS ONLY U CHECK AND TELL ME... AGAIN URGEMENT WAS THERE AND MAKE ME ACTING RUDE TO THEM. MY HUSBAND CALLED AND TOLD THEM WE ARE FALSE TO LEAVE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED WITHOUT SINGLE DRIP OF WATER TO WASH FACE OR WASH HAND IN THE MORNING. WE SAID WE OFF THE LIGHT BUT U SAID NO AFTER THE 24HRS... - INSIST ONLY REFUND US RM50 DEPOSIT. THEN THEY ONLY REFUND IT IN THE EVENING AROUND 7.11PM. - I REQUESTED OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT FORFEITURE WITH THE STATED REASON IN THE OFFICIAL RECEIPT, THEY TOLD ME ONLY CAN PROVIDE THE NEXT DAY. - TODAY 3/1/24. I TEXT THEM TWICE ASK FOR THE OFFICIAL RECIEPT @ 4.34PM AND 5.59PM. NO REPLY FROM THEM AT ALL.
