"Can I buy it?"

Beautiful location in a quaint hamlet, near the pub. Perfect. This is an outstanding ancient thatched cottage which will exceed your expectations. For a solo traveller with a large dog, it has ample room to manoeuvre. A lovely, comfortable lounge area, fully-fitted kitchen to the rear, large bathroom downstairs, supplemented by secure gardens both front and rear, make this new venture for me my 'go-to' place to stay when attending conference at the NEC in Birmingham. Add to this great communication from the owner and the package is complete. I could have stayed longer. Wonderful.

"Lovely convenient little home perfect for our needs."

Clean comfortable and a great base for what we needed. Very homely feel. Loved the fact we had a nest of Robins in the porch as well so cute.

The Toilet seat definitely beyond its best and we could have used a second bedside table.

"Don’t tell too many people as it will get fully booked"

A little home from home, the moment you open the door you feel happy. Pub next door is nice, off the beaten track perfect for a quiet getaway or business rest. Found a lovely walk nearby near the River Avon

The shower head is a little wobbly

Location was lovely in quiet village as described. Perfect place for 2 with good kitchen facilities, large bedroom and cosy living room. Nice little touches with wine, cookies and crisps.

"Lovely cottage in a small village"

Loved the location - a small village not 10 mins drive from Stratford upon Avon. The space was food, kitchen well equipped (thank you for the air fryer!) And the bed extremely comfortable. All the little extra amenities made the stay extremely comfortable.

The toilet seat in the bathroom needs replacing - it doesn't stay up for men and when sat on slides off the bowl.
