Value-for-money

The phone line was bad for digi n u-mobile users, and no wifi. One of the room no aircon.

Spacious indoor area

1) kurang bersih. Already have a lot of hair on penutup lubang toilet shower even before digunakan by us during our booking. Big issue 2) kurang bersih. There are 2 packets of food that have been opened inside refrigerator that might be left by other people (before 16/8/24). Big issue 3) Ada sisa percikan air berwarna di coway (boleh di cuci - dh try lap). Seeing that situation made us afraid to drink water worried if the coway was not serviced. 4) low water pressure - but still have water to shower. so not a big issue on this. Kena bersih kan keseluruhan rumah before new tenants coming in. Kebersihan agak out. Rumah elok luas but tak bersih

Clean house

No sink at the kitchen. But overall good facilities

Decoration & cleanliness

Looks like no maintainance for:- - kitchen sink and 2nd bathroom sink leaking and overflowing onto the floor - the kicthen sink and master bedroom are too slow -the aircond in the second room not function (didnt feel cold) and if swicth on the aircond, the water drips inside the room and outside the room (from the aircond compressor) -there is old garbage that is not disposed of until it smells uncomfortable
