The management is poor, what a rude and unfriendly manager, he can't talk nice with customers, if they want to improve the place then need to do something with Kevin the manager, you need to think twice if you can book the place and except the worst welcome, we stayed outside for an hour in the cold without help until we decide to leave,after did a booking online

Nothing much was there to like about the facility except that the reception was very nice including staff members.

Firstly, the rooms I got we not the once I booked in the first place, and those rooms were clean but very smelly that I needed to upgrade using the money i had budgeted for the trip. I also think the owners of the booking app should also protect consumers, not only their clients because must facilities are advertising false information on the app to the dissapointment of the consumer, unless that is the plan.

The photos on their page do not do justice, they seem outdated. The place exceeded our expectations because we wanted a functional room as we were in Mpumalanga for a funeral, but we really had a comfortable stay.

A mat or towel in the shower would help so no one slips and falls.

Convenient location for the work which we had to do. Spacious and comfortable rooms with all amneties needed.

We bought our own breakfast outside and just ordered chips from their kitchen.

The manager shouted at his stuff in front of us for letting us to have our breakfast in his restaurant which was not even clear whether it was a restaurant or dinning hall. We approached him to apologize but he was very furious and started sweating, that proved how angry he was. We lost appetite, and everything we wanted to do we had to ask for permission. The whole of the 26th Dec was a boring day, we also asked for refund but he said he was not gonna do it. His attitude towards us was not acceptable, and wanted to call the owner to report the incident, but we scared for our Safety, thinking that he might come and do bad things to us. We were not made aware that food was not allowed in their dinning hall. The water quality was very poor( brown in colour), not sure whether they were good for human consumption. I brought my own drinking water as if I knew.
