Power surges occur frequently when AC on making it useless

Back from beach so no sea breeze makes for very hot stay. Agonda suffers from power cuts and low voltage, and the owner blames the ceiling fan, fridge and air con NOT working as the reason for this, he is completly aware, he arranged a pedestal fan for the couple in back unit and said he would bring us one, but I never arrived! The air con is basically broken and only blows air if you are lucky, the nights were really hot. Luckily, we only booked 2 nights, we moved 100m up the road paid an extra 600rs and got a wonderful sea breeze, view AND the AC and fan that worked when the power was on (they had voltage regulators/booster on all AC units to ensure they worked!) Also as noted by other guests, the cleaning was terrible, with kitchen items stored directly on the dirty floor. Pay a bit more and skip this place.

It was a little dark and tired. Could do with being updated

It’s a nice and cosy two separate rooms villa, our stay was pleasant as it was pet friendly and we had gated car park

Located right on the quiet end of Agonda High street, set back from the road with a love terrace and garden to enjoy watching the world go by!

The fridge and kitchen needed a good clean

Cosy private accomodation up the quieter end of Agonda Beach. Had decent fan, AC to keep the room cool. Very good price for a 2 night stay, simple but was just what we were looking for.

Even though it's further up from the busier part of Agonda Beach, it can get very noisy during the night. We had ear plugs though so this was ok.

Excellent value, the back apartment, where we stayed, is quiet and private, the bed comfortable and the room spacious. A place to park (at the front) one car or in our case, our bicycles.

Nothing really. There can always be a better eye for cleanliness detail but then I’m quite particular in that regard.
