Very well located, very well refurbished, nice space and comfortable.

The time of the check out is outrageous. We barely had the time to have a breakfast after a night out. It should be 12 as everywhere else on hearth.

My experience was really bad. The property wanted me to upload all my information in an app that was not secure. And they only told me this the morning of my trip. Since I did not want to upload and I could not get my keys without it I had to find another place to stay.

dusty unwashed floors, very complicated to get inside, host gave us wrong code for the door, took at least 20 minutes to get inside, booked for three people but only two beds were made had to make the last one ourselves, the third bed was a couch and I don't think that's appropriate for the money we paid, shower was physically hard to turn on, had to take out trash but host didn't tell us where the bins were

Excellent location. Apartment was clean and modern. We had issues getting into the 2 main front doors using the codes due to network outage in the area. We called the host (Francesca) right away and she brought us the actual keys to the 2 main doors. We also noticed low battery on the door handle to the apartment and Francesca came the next day to replace the battery. Francesca was very response to our needs. Thanks Francesca!

Climbing up total of 60 steps (last 20 steps were very steep) to get to the apartment with no elevator. There was no full size mirror in the apartment, only mirror available was in the bathroom where you can only view head and shoulder. We couldn't take shower back to back because no hot water was available, had to wait at least 1 hr. Need to improve on the Hot water tank to heat up faster.

Since building is old, there is no elevator. If you have suitcases, might be hard to take it upstairs
