"What can I say but just fantastic, first class accommodation, comfy bed, beautiful food, just superb"

Everything about our stay here was excellent, from the crisp white sheets, the homemade cake and the tasty breakfast. The proprietors were both friendly and professional and there were so many extra personal touches in the room - we would definitely recommend this b&b and stay there again.

From greeting to saying good bye was perfect, even the heavy rain one evening didn't spoil our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, cake a lovely extra touch. Breakfast cooked to perfection. James and Andrew very good hosts. Location a short walk to main street, beach and steam train

this place is absolutely beautiful. Elegantly decorated, amazingly comfortable bed, warm and welcoming owners. Location is perfect for exploring sheringham and surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone visiting. Perfect stay!
