Dobre wyposażenie w kuchni i łazienka funkcjonalna. W pokoju na piętrze, szafa i komoda i wygodne łóżko, ale było bardzo gorąco bo nie działała klimatyzacja. Suszarka stojąca pozwalała wysuszyć mokre ubrania i ręczniki. W salonie kanapa rozkładana nie była zbyt wygodna do spania, ale działała klimatyzacja. Gospodarz, czekał na nas i przywitał pysznymi ciasteczkami. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania okolic tzn, Syrakuzy, Ortigia, Noto, Marzamemi, Ragusa. W poblizu są piękne plaże z czystą wodą.

Bardzo dziwne rozwiązanie związane z tym czy woda będzie lub nie w apartamencie. Gospodarz poinformował nas, że nie należy przyciskać niektórych przycisków w kontaktach. Były one zaraz obok przycisków włączających światło. Przypuszczalnie z tego powodu nie mieliśmy wody ponad 12 godzin od ok. 17:00 do 6:00 następnego dnia. Nie było jak się wymyć, spłukać toaletę. A wystarczyło tylko oznaczyć jaka jest ich prawidłowa pozycja.
