Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect. Facilities - good.

Little noise.

Staff, specially the manager was super kind. Room had a good size and bed was comfy. They offer soap and towel, no need to take yours.

Room was not well cleaned when I arrived, I even found a bootleg of 2L Coke under the bed. There no internet during my whole stay.

It was cheap and not too far from the city center. The beds were not the worst.

Nothing worked in this hostel. The windows could not be fully closed, so the room was very cold. Wifi did not work. Hot water was also not available when I wanted to take a shower and for a while, there was no toilet paper. Moreover, I brought an extra person with me and I was charged 2x more than I was originally told.

The lady who worked there helped me when I asked for a heater.

The bed sheeting wasn't washed properly as had unwashed out stains on. The window didn't lock on the ground floor( maybe it did but I couldn't work it out ) the room had no heating so I had to ask for a heater.

Great location. Close to the main shops, restaurants, and attractions but far enough away to be in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walls and doors are thin and you can constantly hear others walking around and talking at all times of day and night. Showers are grim and leaky. I had booked a double room with balcony, but was given a twin room without balcony.

It was close to one of the main streets, markets and public transportation stops that is used to go to the city center.
