Tres prometteur. vue exceptionnelle. decoration de bon gout, proprete impeccable, localisation parfaite. En rodage pour le service du petit dejeune et souper ( pas encore au point). recommandé.

Fantastic facilities located close to the beach. Staff attention to detail was amazing. Eliomar is a good man and a great host.

Internet was weak in some spots. A small fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

The location is perfect. A short walk to multiple beaches and has panoramic views of the ocean. The aesthetic was beautiful and the hotel room had everything you would need. The staff were very nice and helpful too.

The only problem I had was that Booking.com showed an option to pay more per night to include breakfast and I selected that option. Then at the end of my stay the hotel showed me a bill for breakfast. When I told them I selected the option that included it in my total when booking, they said they don’t offer that as an option when booking online, so I paid for breakfast twice.

READ EVERYTHING!!! It was my first time here in Huatulco especially San Vicente. We came across this nice hotel and decided to book our stay for 3 nights. Everything was fine and we had a great time until the day of checkout. My sister had put all her personal items such as ID, credit card and debit card into her small black purse bag and put it all the way at the bottom of her bigger green bag the first night. She never touched that bag again until the end of checkout as I would bring my own bag once and we would normally just bring cash with us outside. Then the second day housekeeping cleaned our room. To our surprise, she couldnt find her small black bag containing all her cards. Thankfully she didnt put her passport in there. We looked everywhere, emptied all our bags, took out all the sheets, opened all drawers with Eliomar and the other housekeeper lady. Long and behold we couldnt find it. So the question is where did it go right? We didnt take it outside. My sister secured it in her bag and all of a sudden they’re gone? Now she doesnt have an ID, Credit Card and Debit Card and we are only 4 days into our trip. Very disappointed and I will never come back here. I will never bring any friends or family members here as it is not safe to stay here. Thankful that my sister still has her passport otherwise she would be stuck in Mexico.

Restaurant is nice. Hospitality very warm and comforting.

El hotel es muy limpio, para llegar el camino es de terracería pero vale la pena. El hotel es muy bonito y todos son muy amables. La habitación tiene una vista al mar increíble, de las mejores, en todo momento escuchas las olas del mar. Puedes llegar caminando a la bahía de San Agustín. Está muy cerca. De lo mejor de la zona.
