Good location Fast communication

Cockroaches running around the apartment! The walls do not block out the sound from the neighbors, so sleeping was almost impossible, especially on weekend. The staircase was full of trash. The apartments themselves have a stench. The dust hasn't been cleaned.

The location is really ultra central, excellent to reach on foot a lot of famous attractions and great commercial pedestrian streets, surrounded by pretty buildings and great views. The apartment is like in the pictures, pretty clean and with the necessary facilities.

The only thing we didnt like is that for a three days stay we were only given one big towel per person and one small towel in general, despite asking for extra face towels. The communication with the host was "helped" by an AI assistant on whatsapp and there was a mandatory gas reading to be done just a few hours after we had checked in. However the stay was nice and generally highly recommended.

Die Lage ist wirklich Top.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, die Fotos entsprechen einfach nicht der Realität. Selbst bei sonnigem Wetter fällt kein Sonnenlicht hinein, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gehen, weshalb es in der Wohnung selbst tagsüber düster ist. Es fehlten uns blickdichte Vorhänge, da jeder an den Fenstern vorbeigehen kann und bei eingeschaltetem Licht alles sichtbar ist. Deshalb mussten wir die Rollläden schließen, sobald es dunkel wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr düster und zudem mit zu viel düsterer Dekoration eingerichtet. Ich war mit den Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre), die Angst hatten, dort zu übernachten, und ehrlich gesagt fühlte ich mich selbst auch unwohl. Am Ende blieben wir von den gebuchten drei Nächten nur zwei dort.
