La struttura pur avendo del potenziale era sporca, l'ascensore non funzionava, il bagno al piano terra aveva diverse parti rotte (scarico wc, doccino doccia, rubinetto lavandino non fissato), non c'era il cestino della spazzatura, le cialde di caffè erano per 3 pur essendo una prenotazione per 4 e non c'era zucchero. In terrazza c'erano ancora le stoviglie dei precedenti clienti, così come nell'armadietto del bagno c'erano liquido per lenti e struccante di non si sa chi. Inoltre, in un vani del bagno c'erano ancora tappeti e asciugamani sporchi da precedenti utilizzi, insomma manutenzione e pulizie pessimi

What I liked most is that the photos don’t fully capture how unique this place really is. You get an entire three-level apartment right in the center of Palermo. On the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom, and an additional bathroom. From there, you go up one more level to a rooftop terrace, which is covered and includes a large dining table, chairs, a barbecue area, and sun loungers. The interior has a very authentic Italian character — it doesn’t feel like an IKEA-style rental. You can see that every corner was designed with care and attention. It feels like a home that was created with love rather than purely for short-term rentals.

At the same time, this “lived-in” feeling can also be seen as a downside. In some areas, the apartment feels a bit overfilled with items that are not really necessary for short-term stays. It feels as if someone lived there, moved out, but left behind quite a few personal belongings. These items are not usable and sometimes slightly distracting. For example, in the kitchen drawer there seemed to be 20+ nearly identical knives. For a short stay, this is unnecessary — two or three good-quality knives of different sizes would be enough. That said, this is not a major issue.

Die Whg. ist wirklich toll! Besonders die Terrasse und der Ausblick von dort. Aber auch, dass man alles gut abdunkeln kann und die Klimaanlage sehr gut funktioniert. Super war auch ein abwaschbarer Bezug auf der Matratze, was einem ein besseres Gefühl gibt. Die Matratzen waren gut und 2 schöne, große Bäder für 4 Personen ist auch super. Das Wohnzimmer mit der gemütlichen Couch ist zum Relaxen ebenfalls sehr schön. Man hat sehr viel Platz und erreicht schnell den Bahnhof, Busse und Lidl. Auch der kurze, fussläufige Weg in die Altstadt, zum Markt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist toll.

Vermisst habe ich einen direkten Ansprechpartner*in. Die Agentur hat zwar auf die Mails geantwortet, aber trotzdem kam man sich etwas verloren vor, weil man auch nicht wusste wann es gelesen wird und wer antwortet!? Solange alles läuft ist das o.k., wenn wirklich Probleme auftreten, weiß ich nicht??? Die Küche ist etwas lieblos bestückt bzw. die Schränke und Schubladen sind sehr voll, aber alles durcheinander. Es gab für 4 Personen z.B. nur 3 Gläser, eine große Tasse und keine Geschirrhandtücher. Das Schloss der Gittertür zur Wohnung funktioniert nicht mehr richtig und braucht "Nachhilfe" beim Öffnen von innen.

Wspaniały apartament, szczególnie widok z tarasu zapiera dech. Bardzo dobrze działało wi-fi. Apartament świetnie zlokalizowany, bardzo blisko dworca Palermo Centarale, Targ Ballaro, Katedra i inne atrakcje miasta na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Musiałbym szukać na siłę ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić.

Duży apartament z dwoma pomieszczeniami do spania, to jest bardzo wygodne dla czteroosobowej rodziny. Duża kuchnia plus dwie łazienki. Fajny widok z tarasu. Jak dla mnie duze wygodne łóżko w sypialni. W styczniu możliwość ogrzania apartamentu klimatyzacją lub co gazowym to duża zaleta. Super lokalizacja. Wróciłaby gdybym była pewna że zostaną uzupełnione braki

Kuchnia duża ale utrudniające braki w zastawi (jeśli ktoś przygotowuje śniadania dla 4 osób): brak normalnych kubków - my pijemy sporo herbaty i musieliśmy kombinować ze szklaneczkami, brak misek np. na zjedzenie mleka z płatkami. Brak ręcznika papierowego, sami zakupiliśmy i zostawiliśmy następnym spory zapas. Taras duży, z potencjałem ... ale zaniedbany. Sami musieliśmy z grubsza sprzątnąć rozwalane krzesła, donice, przetrzec stół, aby usiąść.

it was very good location, close to station, close to the Quatro Canti, and all street food markets. It was very big with a nice terrace on the roof.

it was not too clean (floor, plates...). the whole apartment was stuck with other people cloths, shoes, plenty of other staff which made me feel someone lives there. all drawers in the kitchen were filled in old, destroyed, not needed kitchen staff, quite difficult to find forks, cups etc. Glasses were closed in a cupboard and not available. Also there was no contact with host, please be careful: the check in time is 5pm, and check out at 10.00 am. Not really convenient and not flexible on request at all. I had to stay at Palermo with suitcases and no apartment for 5 hours, and there was no reply from the host if the quicker check in is possible. Over not working, hydromassage not working and bath not clean.

Great apartment with a wonderful roof terrace and great location!! Close to attractions, restaurants and markets! Walking distance to train and bus station. We would love to stay there again!
