Apartmán č.5 žiaľ nie je vhodný pre malé deti, strmé schodisko bez zábrany, nezmyselné priznané vyvýšené trámy v podlahách v každej izbe, ktoré musí človek neustále prekračovať. Žiaľ boli problémy s kúrením, aj s teplou vodou.
