Location, parking, spacious and a dog friendly property and garden.

My parents had this property as a timeshare for years. It needs some tlc, and updating a lot of the original fittings still there. Sauna needs sorting. It was a shame that it had gone and the pool table. Doors need updating as noisy and latches difficult for elderly hands.

The property was located in an ideal part of the village of Blakeney, close to all the facilities and pubs. The house was an excellent size for us and our extended family of twenty-somethings and partners and had plenty of room for everyone in their respective rooms. The kitchen and lounge were equally excellent with all the bits and pieces you need to cook a good meal and relax thereafter.

My only advice would be to get the broadband connection tested or upgraded. The wi-fi signal would drop in and out and at best was slow. Not good enough to stream to phones or i-pads. May be just a poor service (BT) or the router playing up. The mobile network signal was barely a bar, which did not help off wi-fi.

Building site next door!! We weren’t told in advance of arrival about this. On the last day they were VERY noisy because they were fitting solar panels to the roof! I think it was just luck that they weren’t too noisy until that point because they were working on the pointing which isn’t a very noisy job. Minor point but it would also have been nice to have some big pasta bowls as it’s hard to eat certain meals on flat plates
