It was amazing stay, great location and view from balcony just wow no words to say. it is actually called luxury stay between nature. All promises fulfilled in our stay. Fully recommended, if u want to go kodaikenal plz choose one ni8 stay at diversity glamp without any doubt.

All are perfect.

Excellently mainted glamp, good jacuzzi, clean and cozy.

Need an extra wash basin inside glamp, and need the water heater to have larger quantity

Water facilities it’s very very bad

Nothing really.

1. Location - too far from any restaurants, or other places of interest. 2. No responsible person on ground and no office or reception on site. One boy who barely understood English. 3. Very poor breakfast. 4. Was promised laundry which turned into a nightmare. The boy did not understand which clothes I wanted to be washed and ironed and which ones only ironed. Clothes returned all soggy and damp. Jeans ironed like a formal trousers and not flat front!! 5. During checkout I realised neither my international visa card or my NRI card from a leading bank was accepted on the link they sent for payment. Despite my promise that I will send the money by wire transfer the following day when I reach bangalore they insisted on the driver accompanying me to the ATM and draw the 45000 INR in cash and hand over to him. 6. Room/tent was not at all cleaned, no fresh towels given, used coffee cups not washed and no refill of drinking water. On the day of checkout as we had to leave at 6 AM we needed to shower. Turns out we had to take a shower in freezing water as the water heaters don't come on overnight. We sucked it all up somehow and ended our 3 day stay in total discomfort.
