Hotel Aspen - Nr Mumbai Airport

I stayed at this hotel for one week and had a good experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was regular. Da falta de recepcionista de manhã. As 2 vezes que saí, por volta de 7:30/8:00 a recepção estava com as luzes apagadas e vazia! O elevador quebrou e não tive qualquer pessoa para descer as malas do 3o andar e nem entregar a chave (check out).

Good room for the price decent and clean.Staff was helpful and service was good.It's hard to find a clean decent place at this price in Mumbai so definitely choose this place if you are on a budget and need a short stay.It's also close to the international airport and western express highway so makes a perfect rest stop.

Water supply was an issue as water stopped running a few hours after check in but staff was quick to help us and resume supply.Also the area around :It's located in an Industrial area but in Mumbai at this price this is a really good bargain.

The rooms were very bad. They didn’t even have windows, which made the stay uncomfortable.
