Cleanliness Spacious Family run Beautiful location

Just easy to locate and find. Just perfect for us as a group of friends to get away for the weekend to Chill! The cottage is very tastefully done not a stone unturned “ Just simply one word from us “ Perfect” The host was very prompt with messaging on booking.com. Plus very professional and so helpful when we arrived at the cottage. So thank you so much to the host. We would definitely book the cottage again soon & would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful cottage and its peaceful location to our family and friends.

Everything spot on. Just the bed down stairs a tiny bit hard mattress but I still slept with the fresh air.

The hosts were exceptional the location was a delight and the views were amazing …. And the daily milking of the cows who came past the house window back and forth from the cow shed just added to our trip.

Basically everything.......superb, quality furnishings and fittings. Amazing attention to detail throughout with lovely touches to help make our stay just perfect. Great location on the fringes of a working dairy farm, making it central for exploring the Dales. Aysgarth Falls only a 20 minute walk away, in one direction, and Hawes only a 15 minute drive away, in the other. Highly recommend this property, without hesitation as we've already stayed twice this year.

The property is stunning! Huge kitchen, large and cosy living room, and three bathrooms, so plenty of room for everyone. The whole house was meticulously clean, beds comfy and fluffy towels provided. The location is beautiful, with amazing views from all sides! Tea, coffee and milk, provided by the host, was a lovely welcome. We were four adults staying and we had everything we needed. The location is great for walking. We walked to the falls, and generally about the area. Great to watch the cows pass the window twice a day too! I would highly recommend staying here, it is in a quiet and peaceful location, with lots of walks, and several pretty villages a short car drive away too. Amazing stay, thank you.

Really lovely accommodation in a beautiful location. Clean, everything high standards throughout. Lots of storage space in the kitchen. Aysgarth Falls easy to walk to, lovely tea room by the mill. Leyburn nice town not too far away. Visited the Hawes creamery which was great.
