"Comfortable Stay in a Very Convenient Location"

Very comfortable stay. Joe is a great host. The location is very convenient to Great Sand Dunes NP, Zapata Falls and Alamosa.

"The location was beautiful and our stay was refreshing."

The property was wonderful. We switched our stay last minute because we had a problem with our original location. Honestly we felt lucky. This spot is lovely. The owner John is lovely. The space feels welcoming and inviting. It was spacious, clean, well decorated. There were cold waters and snacks ready for us, and toiletries were also provided. We both would recommend this location and if I’m ever in the area again I would plan to stay at this spot!

Honestly I have no true dislikes.

"It was Fantastic and cozy!"

It is located in such a cool Dark sky 🌌 location! So you can enjoy the very stars above us like you’ve never seen them before! The property was clean, had character and it was quite beautiful. It had incredible amenities and amazing staff.

I did not like that I couldn’t stay longer and enjoy lots of the amenities!!
