Quiet location even though only 5 minutes walk to Mt Maunganui shops

A very pleasant place to stay.

The bed was a bit hard. The courier and the Uber Eats people dropped their packages off at our door, instead of the owner's.

The location is unbeatable, my friend and I really appreciated how close everything was. The space was lovely and clean, with excellent storage and new furnishings. We had everything we needed for a weekend visit. As noted in other reviews the accomodation is part of a private residence, and as such you can hear people moving around, but all at reasonable times - never in a way that disturbed us. For the value in comparison to other options in the area, this place is a real gem.

I came to visit my family and friends and this was a fantastic base for getting around Tauranga and the Mount. Quiet in the evenings and the room and bathroom were excellent.

- nice location close to the beach and city center but in a quite area - parking space directly in front of the accommodation - nice new bathroom - if needed, lots of storage space in walk-in closet

- paper thin wall and door to main house, heard everything from host including morning routine at 5:30 am and dog barking - in general clean, but looking into detail there is quite some dust and dirt in every corner - quite early check out time at 10am, little flexibility when asking when asking for late check out (additional 30 min)

Great location. Clean and tidy accommodation.

The accommodation is an extension off the main house which is fine; however the sound proofing was not great and you could hear all the household noise (including screaming children) through the paper thin walls.

Location and room was excellent

Had a little trouble getting door open with a low access lock and some buttons becoming stiff with sea salt. Got good support when I requested help.
