"Exceptional"

'The location' is by far the exceptional feature of this property. Sitting in the main lounge or main bedroom watching the estuary ebb and flow was delightful. We caught sight of a grey seal and many different seabirds. We ventured in for a quick dip which was very invigorating ... overall great - we will be looking to come back.

The high tide and storm surge on Friday evening resulted in us being unable to drive to the property for some time .... even walking round was tricky, it meant we had to climb a wall and through a fence as the actually driveway was impassable. Worth checking the tide times and heights before you book.... not great when carrying luggage and shopping.
