This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Residenza Angels @PiazzadelleErbe in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°. This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 8pm and 10pm, 40 EUR from 10pm to 12:00pm, 50 EUR until 1am maximum. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

"Great location, poor ventilation and inadequate fan."

The representative was very friendly and charming, check-in was straightforward. The apartment is very well-located and there is plenty of space. The shower was good and there is a large fridge for storage.

The apartment is poorly ventilated and the air does not circulate well - it felt stuffy. We were told there was an air conditioning unit in the kitchen which we could move upstairs to the bedroom, but it was actually a dehumidifier and did not cool the air. There was only one small desk fan in the bedroom and we were told another fan was not available. Our visit was in early September and the weather was hot, but not exceptionally hot. The kitchen was fairly well set up, but there was no sponge or tea towel, so it was difficult to clean up.

"Pleasant stay"

The place is well located and the bed and couch are comfortable! The communication with the staff was easy and she responded quickly.

We just had a small inconvenience with the heating system when we arrived. And finding the exact location was a bit tricky. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

"Poor"

Only location, nothing else, because we had no heating on cold November nights, it was not normal at all

For 4 days of stay, 3 days we don't have heating. Shower water only for 2 days, 1 day when we tried to take a shower, I stayed inside and froze because at first a little warm water came out, then ice, I rinsed the foam with cold water, there was no heating, really. Then in the morning, the other members wanted to take a shower, but the same thing, no water, no heating, on the last day the plumber came to fix the problem. They told us that this is the first time it happens, but our comfort was spoiled because we paid for conditions. Cleanliness in the spaces below was 0, the living room and the kitchen, only the room was clean. And they didn't even write to us for compensation. We paid every claim they had.
