Every box ticked, great space, clean and tidy, all facilities and we were able to walk into town for a fantastic Indian curry! - Andrew and Tanya were very helpful and added to this very positive experience for my family and I!

No negatives, a totally positive experience

Classy spacious apartment. Kitted out with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need to cook in. Albeit we didn't do so as we took advantage of the restaurants in Billericay high street which is a few minutes walk.

When I arrived, only one storage heater was on and the place was freezing cold.

Easy access. Good location in Billericay for cafes, restaurants and high street — and rail station is just next door. Well-equipped comfortable flat. TV ready-prepped with streaming services. Will book again when visiting Billericay

Allocated space in secure car park was obscured by another car. But it was resolved the next day by the owner.

The flat was clean, nicely furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was within walking distance of all amenities, close to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were readily available and answered all our questions to help make our stay an enjoyable one.

Arrival instructions not being clear on the fact there are two separate private carparks.

Location was great, very central and easy reach for supermarket and eateries. The apartment was beautifully furnished, elegant and warm. Lots of facilities and utensils available in the kitchen made self catering very easy

Perfect location for station and high street. Clean, comfortable. Home from home. Good quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen.Great communications with host. Absolutely recommended 100%
