Sunny House

Μείναμε τρία βράδια. Τέσσερα άτομα. Το διαμέρισμα είχε καταπληκτική θέα. Ήταν καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Η κουζίνα έχει όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος στις διακοπές. Το ψυγείο ήταν μεγάλο. Ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα για την διαμονή τεσσάρων ατόμων. Η οικοδέσποινα παρόλο που δεν έχει φυσική παρουσία στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετική και ευγενική σε κάθε μας τηλεφωνική συνομιλία.Αν ψάχνεις ένα μέρος να ηρεμήσεις και να χαλαρώσεις μακριά από θόρυβο και πολυκοσμία ειλικρινά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunny House in Pyrgadikia. The house was very clean, neat, and had everything I needed – all the electric appliances worked perfectly. It felt cozy, friendly, and very helpful, which made my stay comfortable. The host was kind and welcoming. You can get the apartment keys from a key box, which is a very easy solution for both the host and guests – no need to be there at a specific time. The village is quiet, peaceful, and very safe. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, all easy to reach by car. A great place to relax – I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, neat, and well-organized. The furniture and fridge were brand new, and the whole space felt fresh and welcoming. We didn’t meet the owner and there’s no on-site staff, but the key handover was simple and convenient thanks to a digital key box. It was actually fun and easy to unlock! The village is quiet and charming, with a lovely bakery and a couple of nice restaurants nearby. To get to the beach, you do need a car, but it's only a short drive away. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend

The stay was very pleasant as the apartment was well-equipped and cozy. It has a kitchen area with oven, kettle, large enough fridge and toaster. The bathroom is pretty large but the water doesn’t drain away very quickly. There was a sofa which could be converted to bed that was pretty comfortable as well. The bedroom was pretty large and it was in a separate room with 2 separate beds. There is also a small garage where our small car could fit and we were parked there for the entire time. The apartment has beautiful sea view. The house is located on the top of the village. The village has a small pharmacy, bakery, some restaurants and a shop. The nearest beach is 2km away but since the house is located on the upper side of the village taking the car even to go to the restaurants was a necessity. The key was in a smart box which we opened with a code that the host gave us. The code was valid only for 5 minutes so we received it when we arrived at the property. The host is available on the phone any time.

An extremely unpleasant place. Completely underground. Very high price for the quality it offers.

Big enough for 4 people. Parking space. Clean house. Nice patio with view.

Only 1 A/C in one of the rooms. Oven was not working. Refrigerator was dirty. Equipment was too old in general. Doors and walls didn't provide any soundproofing. About toiletries, only hand soap was provided. Didn't worth 160 euros per night for what was provided.
