Easy and problem free checkin - even for the late checkin. Easy to collect the key from the great description recieved by email.

The lack of description for check-out. You revieced an email the day before check-out, to remind you to check-out. But no description of the process. We left the key, where we picked it up.

We were holding an event at the Said Business School and this was perfect for us, easy to walk 5 minutes with all our gear. The area was quiet but central to what we needed and so good to be close to the train station. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great for people who are colleagues, not family.

Nothing was wrong with this place.

Location is excellent , very close to train and bus station and the city centre- walkable Ground floor property with access from the back entrance to the car park makes it easy for luggage movement, amenities in the flat itself were good, WiFi is good with Netflix also, it made our stay very relaxing

Price could have been a little lower
