We felt very welcome. We have stayed here previously, as well as at many other hotels in Carmel, and this one is our favorite.

There was a power outage in our hotel and most of the town, but the hotel lent us an LED light. There was no heat upon our arrival, but the power came back on by 7:30 PM.
