The large studio was very spacious and comfortable The view spectacular and and excellent location with easy walking to beach restaurants and shops

Lack of onsite staff , and the house keeper didn’t speak English. Facilities in need of a rev up.

Nice location, clean and basic, as expected. Nice little beach, and the pool area is lovely. My 4th time in Kassiopi, the location here is great for the town and the harbour. No parking on site, but free parking just up the road if you have a car, and it's a must if you want to explore the Island.

We were on the top floor and our friends were on the bottom. Their room had been modernised and ours hadn't. We didn't mind so much, but were jealous of their bathroom. It was noisey, the people in room 103 kept me up most nights and I had to complain to them at 2:30am one night as I was getting really annoyed. The house rules are quiet time between 12 and 8, but as there are no staff on site the rules aren't followed. The villa can't be held responsible for entitled people, so I advise people to bring earplugs for a comfortable night's sleep.

Washing towels as they don’t give you any. Didn’t change bedding so had to ask the cleaner Only gave us one toilet roll and had to buy some.

Location was amazing right on the beach from but also with access to its own private pool

Parking wasn’t great but we were able to leave the car within reasonable distance from the accommodation and walk

Really nice apartment, inches from the beach and a lovely pool with a garden.

The place was excellent

Great location right on the beach and lovely pool. Really well equipped, including microwave and toaster,which is unusual in Corfu self catering. Bins emptied daily.
