"Great apartment for a great price."

The apartment is on the top floor of a newly built building. Private parking place is in front of the house. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The building is about 5 minutes from the shopping center. Porec city center and the beaches are about 15-20 minutes, by car.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle moderne Ausstattung, 15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zu den schönen Stränden. Für uns mit drei Personen ein toller Urlaub. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

"A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great location"

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's modern, spacious, bright and spotless, located in a newly developed and peaceful area. The layout was perfect for our needs and we especially appreciated the dedicated parking space right next to the building and the convenient ground-floor storage room with a washing machine. Each room, including the living room, is equipped with AC, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also great within short driving distance to several beaches and to the beautiful town of Poreč.

The internet connection was unfortunately very limited and barely worked during our stay. Also, after 4 PM, the nearby restaurant starts its barbecue, which fills the area with a constant smoky smell, though we must admit, it did smell delicious! 😋
