Väldigt fin inredningsdetaljer. Bekväma sängar, fräscht badrum. Trevligt trädgård. Smidigt att öppna, låsa.

Det var en spiraltrappa uppe till lägenheten på 3:e våning. Det var inte smidigt att bära väskorna genom trappan.

Unkomplizierter Self-Check-in, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, es gab immer schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber hell und in einem schön renovierten Haus mit kleinem Garten, gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Perfekte Lage in einem ruhigen Viertel zwischen Uni und Altstadt (ca. 6 min zu Fuß) gelegen und vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Es fehlt ein richtiger Tisch, z.B. Klapptisch mit Klappstühlen, zum Essen und Arbeiten.

Mooi, schoon en ruim. Sfeervol en nieuw . Grote complete keuken. Comfortabele bedden.

Miste een 2de badkamer. Koffie apparaat behoeft uitleg. Bijzet tafeltjes in de woonkamer.

This place is located in very centre of Lund, not far from train station. University buildings nearby. Kitchen is good and well facilitated (incl.tea, coffee, salt). Soap and shampoo in bathroom. Access is with the code so quite easy.

In case there is more than 2 people sharing this apartment (and who do not want to share the bed), be mindful that though there is a sofa bed too, it is very difficult to use it given the furniture. Also despite featuring full kitchen, there is no table/chairs for eating. WiFi is weak at times. Bathroom without ventilation so constantly humid. Pay attention that there is requirement to clean the place (also toilet etc) before checkout.
