Comfortable house with view over lake in a countryside location. Easy access, parking, all kitchen facilities as expected.

Great location with fantastic view of the lake. Private parking. Spacious rooms. Giant (!) wall TV with Netflix included :) We've got welcome bottle of sparkling wine and snacks.

The property has electronic keys system, which didn't work properly several times during our stay, so we needed to wait for the owner to fix it. In addition, the front door locks automatically when closed, so you always need to take key with you, otherwise you can't get back inside. We feel nervous because of that issues. I recommend the owner to use just the normal keys system.

We loved everything in this place, starting with wonderful Barbara, the casa is fully equipped, the garden is beautiful- perfect place ! We think It's a piece of heaven.

What a find! We liked everything. The view over the lake is breathtaking. The property is immaculate, newly renovated, the little details considered. Smart tvs in all the rooms, with Netflix, Prime etc. Air conditioning in all the rooms, mosquito nets at all the windows, USB chargers next to the beds. Comfy memory foam beds, toiletries in the bathroom, bottled water and milk in the fridge. Even the bottle of Prosecco chilling on ice for us when we arrived. Barbara is extremely communicative, helping straight away when we had two minor problems the first night and leaving us a box of complimentary pastries the next morning for the inconvenience. She also recommended local restaurants and left maps and useful notes at the entrance. You can catch the fast train in to the centre of Rome in less than an hour for €7 return, which was fantastic for us. The pool was unbelievable, photos really don’t do it justice! It has a shower and toilet, good sun beds and shaded table and chairs. Quiet area in between Bracciano and Anguillara, in a spacious gated, family complex with 3 houses on it. Though you wouldn’t know anyone else was there, it was very private and you get private use of the pool when you are there. We are already planning on going back next year.

Nothing at all, would recommend Casa Melody 100% for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at Casa Melody for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The availability and hospitality were outstanding, and the family that owns the place is truly heartwarming. The location is close to the lake, offering great views. You can enjoy your morning coffee in peace, surrounded by the serene beauty of the area. If you're looking for a place to stay with your family by the lake, don't think twice—Casa Melody is the perfect choice.

The property was fantastic with a stunning view across lake Bracciano. The pool was perfect. The house layout was practical and the air condition a necessity. A bottle of local sparkling wine and some nibbles on arrival was a welcome touch.

The kitchen, whilst new, lacked a couple of items such as ovenware (as a keen cook), but this didn't detract from the holiday as we ended up eating out most of the time as the local restaurants were very good.
