Excellent stay and the whole property was clean and amazing.

Access roads to the property is narrow and winding. Ensure your vehicle can access these roads withiut any issues

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Large hall with kitchen and the appliances in working condition - AC, Washing Machine, geyser, kettle, TVM etc.. This is in a gated community and.peaceful stay. There is a park nearby and within walking distance. Good for family stay

No restaurant is within walkable distance and we have to drive near Ramanashramam - 5 minutes drive. We have ordered in swiggy. Roads under maintenance but we have received guidance with alternative routes

I am okay okay with the room however with several serious concerns need to be addressed. Firstly, the property is located very far from the temple, and the roads leading to the property are not in good condition. No basic toiletries were provided during the stay. Room charges are very expensive. Secondly, there was no receptionist or responsible staff available on the premises. Due to the absence of proper supervision and security, we did not feel safe leaving valuables such as laptops, gadgets, and luggage in the room while visiting the temple. Additionally, although there was sufficient parking space within the premises, only one vehicle was allowed to park inside, which caused inconvenience. However, my primary concern relates to the room charges and GST. We were charged GST along with the room tariff, but no valid GST invoice has been provided despite repeated requests. The owner has given multiple explanations but has failed to issue a proper tax invoice with GST details. Charging GST without providing a valid invoice and GST registration details raises serious concerns. The owner mentioned that many international guests stay without requesting an invoice, but this does not justify non-compliance with Indian tax regulations. Running a commercial business without a GST number, if applicable, and collecting GST without issuing a proper invoice is illegal in India. If GST has been collected, a valid GST invoice with the GSTIN number must be issued as per applicable tax laws.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay with all amenities. Safe too, a bit away from temple other wise for family very good place to stay. A 5 star rating can be given.

A separate bathroom can be provided for the drivers

Family friendliness, spacious, comfortable facilities, homely quiet environment
