La casa è stata ristrutturata, tutto moderno, in una zona silenziosa, non lontano dal mare, circa 250 m.

Il secondo bagno dell'appartamento "deluxe" si trova nel seminterrato, cioè 3 piani sotto che si può fare a piedi o con l'ascensore
