Redolence Aravali Tree

The entire experience of our stay was just unquestionably fantastic. It was a relaxing stay and the service provided by the hotel made it so much more cozy and comforting. We all never felt any discomfort from the staff and they were super helpful and assistive. The terrace was also good, but could not enjoy much due to cold. The food was delicious, albeit slightly expensive. However, I won't complain about it. They made sure the taste of the food made it worth it. The room was spacious enough, and was worth its price. We never, at any point, felt like we wated our money. Although we did not find too many things to visit in Udaipur (because of our personal preferences), but the hotel stay made the whole vacation so much more enjoyable.

Courteous staff

This property is no where close to what has been displayed and put up on Booking.com. The sheets , towels and overall rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. I feel I was cheated by the property making me believe the hotel was clean as shown in snaps. Booking.com needs to review this and make sure , we customers are not cheated.

Location of the hotel is really good.

There are noise problem in the hotel. people from the marriage function was also on the same floor and they were shouting like hell in night. It was a greatest problem we have faced during our stay. I think Marriage party and the customer should not be on same floor. Another problem was the roof top noise. Cleaners were dragging the chairs in the night and very early in the morning it causes huge noise problem on 3rd floor. I advice to clean or shift chairs table on the floor calmly.
