"Superb"

What a perfect location! We were so close to the Fiumicino airport and the beach, so we were able to sit out and enjoy the sunset with a negroni and wait for our friends to text us that they had landed, we still got there before they got through customs. The house is neat and tidy with good air conditioning.

It's a very simple, no frills apartment. But it's clean, and its location next to the Mediterranean is incredible. It's a great value stay if you want to spend a day or two at the beach.

The toilet seat was a bit damaged. That was it.

"Excellent stay!"

No food or breakfast given , however bottled water in fridge. Our plane was delayed and we were very grateful to the host , who came personally around 10 pm to help us find the flat entrance which is set back from the road. The flat was well designed and had excellent aircon and modern kitchen and shower/toilet.

Only coffee and sugar in the cupboard, we like tea and milk.
