Locatie ultra centrala 1min pana la faleza/supermarket, 10min pe jos de gara. Bloc vechi dar apartamententul e proaspat renovat si foarte foarte curat. Bucatarie cu aragaz pe gaz, frigider congelator, microunde, vesela, centrala, masina de spalat haine, uscator de par, mandar de haine, fier de calcat, televizoare, aer conditionat, prosoape si lenjerii suplimentare. Balcon mic, dar inchis, dormitor separat, living mare cu bucatarie deschisa. In living e o canapea extensibila unde pot dormi 2 persoane. Parcare publica cu plata in fata blocului. Si cel mai important:ai voie cu animale de casa (caine)
