الموقع رائع بإطلالة مباشرة على البحيرة، والمكان يوفر مواقف سيارات خاصة ومريحة. تعامل أصحاب الشقة، خصوصًا الأخ عزيز، كان ممتازًا وسهل التواصل معه.

من الملاحظات أن التهوية داخل الشقة محدودة قليلًا خاصة الحمامات، كما توجد بعض الحشرات مثل النحل والعناكب في البلكونة، مما قلل من الاستفادة من الإطلالة

The odor of the condo was unbearable, there were no towels, no toilet paper, and the condition of the bathroom was terrible, bedroom has no windows, the noise of ventilation fans was unbearable
