KEProfessional staff at the property. The water was hot which was much needed. And the breakfast was perfect!
A dirty toilet, clearly used by the previous occupant. Had not been flashed neither cleaned. Clear mould dirt on the bathroom ceiling, understandable for an area that is constantly cold but they could clean that up
FIHotel didn't take any contact to me before arrival. Instead they confirmed my time of arrival and when I showed up they told me that hotel is fully booked. They were afraid to tell me that since they kept on telling each other who is going to say it to me. They pretended not to find my booking but they knew my name. I cannot recommend this to anyone if the staff is unprofessional.
GBAfter a sweaty 5 hr matatu ride, it was like entering an oasis when I arrived! Staff were super friendly and helpful. As a solo, female, white traveller I felt very safe there.
Little bit noisy due to echos from the architectural design. Water pooled on bathroom floor after a shower with no way of pushing it towards the drain. Ceiling of bathroom a bit mucky.
