Retro Boutique Hotel

We booked a room in this hotel including breakfast from 9 till 11, it is still offered as such. On arrival and after paying I was told that they do not do breakfast. After arguing, they agreed to provide breakfast from 10.00 when their restaurant opens. In the morning they played loud music that we asked them to turn down and the breakfasts got smaller every day. We could not leave the hotel until after 11.00 if we wanted to eat breakfast. So no morning swimming, we had to wait until the beach was hot and crowded.

The room was advertised as having safe deposit box, iron, hair-dryer, coffee machine. There was nowhere to hang clothes, eventually after arguing with the staff every day, we got a kettle and 4 sachets of coffee, a clothes rail, the safety deposit box (My wife´s red line) arrived on the third day, the guy handed it to me, not fixed, he suggested that I hide it when I told him there was no point in having a trezor that is not fixed. The iron came on the second day, but I had to iron in the floor. The hair dryer arrived on the third day, but we had to wait until the last day before they installed it, we had to wait in the room while they did the work. 4 star hotel! The manager also asked me to register on booking as a no-show, presumably so he does not pay commission, and i would not be able to write a review, I refused to lie to help him possibly defraud his business partner. Most frustrating experience and not one apology, holiday ruined. I left very angry, I did not need that stress.
