It was clean & comfy. The amenities are complete. Nice wifi and my kids like that the tv had netflix.

Everything is good except the electricity our first night it 4 times black out

First of all, we were so happy that we were the first ever customer of this new suite. I love that it has all the stuffs you need as a traveler or especially if you want a staycation only. It's in the center of Bacolod tourist spots (City tour, The Ruins, Silay Heritage) and 600m away only to Ceres North Terminal (which is essential to DIY travelers especially those who will visit Silay Heritage and Lakawon island) and it's walking distance to the main or national highway, PUVs are accessible back & forth. The wifi connection is fast and the whole room smells so nice, we were always excited to go back to our suite after a long tiring day because the bed is very comfortable & whole place is clean and cozy! The host is awesome, Sir Jacob even waited for us to arrive in the hotel lobby to accommodate us in our suite even though it's midnight already. He's very responsive and kind, and thumbs up to his wife who even joined him to meet us when we checked-out the hotel. Their April bookings are almost full when I checked it today, really deserve the hype!

I just hope that the bidet holder will be improved (placed higher or aligned with the bidet nozzle) since it's quite hard to put it back. Also, the comforter is quite short, so we bend our knees a little to cover our feet. But these are just minor and manageable concerns only.
