GBCAWe enjoyed our stay at Avra Sfakia Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, the balcony was large with a beautiful view of the sea and the town. The host was very responsive and welcoming, providing a nice basket with treats from the island. We enjoyed the little town and churches around the apartment. The free parking beside the building was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
It was a bit far from the main town and mainly uphill and pretty steep on the way back at night. Maybe it makes sense to drive down to the town, park in the free parking lot and then drive back up to the apartment.

CAHaving a deck to sit on in the morning and evening was great. Very comfortable bed and living space and provided many "Welcoming" snacks and bottled water. Very clean unit. It was a very quiet location and a bakery was a very short walk to get fresh products.
The wifi was very unreliable as we had to reconnect many many times. The shower head was not attached to the wall that was very inconvenient when showering. The location was a bit far (on a hill) if you were walking but close to the main village by car. Would have been better if the blinds in the bedroom had blackout blinds as it became quite light in the morning (hard for my partner to sleep).
