Le personnel de la réception Et les dames de ménage

Patron pas fiable et faux nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon et pas le prix qui va avec !!! Mais nous avons la moins bonne chambre sans balcon …. Il profiter que je n’avais avec moi que le no de réservation pas le résumé de ma commande ou c’était marqué chambre avec balcon … je lui en fais part il a fait que non…. Seule la demoiselle de la réception était mal à l’aise et jr l’a bien entendu dire au moment de verser le solde de faire un escompte… un non catégorique!!!! C’est triste et dommage
