CH- the sea view - the place to travel to west side of the island - the cafe/ bakery under the apartment (price and quality) - comfortable beds - I recommend this place
- the cats sitting in your room or on the balcony (I have allergies) - as some comments previously mentioned, one bathroom smells slightly bad but has no effect on the stay - nothing else

HUThe key reasons why to select this apartment are: 1. location: there is everything you need right next the flat or in 10 mins. bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, fuel station etc. and 2. the ocean view. You'll not be upset as the view is really breathtaking, the apartment also spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Home-like feeling for a family with 2 teenagers.
What I really didn't like and which are actually disgusting: the towels. Those are vey to old ones+ 1000 times washed + somehow it's not dried properly causing rotten (sour armpit) smell. I was asking new ones immediately and the host was kindly changed them very soon - thank you! - but those had the same sympthom. It would be great procure new towels AND apply proper drying or storing practice. Just a few recommendation to the owner: with a very small investment the appartment can be even better and can trigger better customer perception for this (very high) price: -change sealing rubber on the shower cabin > will prevent leakage -change the shower head in the right side bathroom as the current one is sprinkling everywhere -replace shower head holder in the right side bathroom as the current one is broken -pull the screws tight on the standing towel holder in the right side bathroom as it's unusable in the current condition -change sealing on the washing machine to avoid leaking and soaking -apply some lubricant to the terrace doors and doorknob so it can be opened/ closed easily -apply a rubber sealant on the terrace door to reduce dust and noise coming to the flat All these above would take 100 Eur max + 2 hours of work :-)
